Apprenticeships
We are proud to support apprentices from our communities who want to gain a trade qualification and valuable real-world experience. This provides employment opportunities to local people, and sources key skills for our mine sites.

Vacation student programs
Gain practical knowledge that can’t be taught in the classroom.
We offer a limited number of vacation opportunities for students completing tertiary qualifications across a range of disciplines including geology, mining engineering, metallurgy, environment, surveying and health and safety.
Vacation students work our rosters at Tritton Copper Operations in Nyngan NSW or Cracow Gold Mine in Cracow Queensland.
